Employees of the service department are performed:

  • After-sales service of complete systems:
    • security;
    • telecommunications;
    • security and alarm systems;
    • access control;
    • video and audio systems;
    • SCS;
    • hotel TV;
    • telephony and networks.

Service is both the Service Agreement and for one-time request of the Customer;

Within  this work services are available:

– Comprehensive maintenance of security systems at customer sites;
– Remote monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning of the equipment;
– Operational support of experts in the “7 days a week \ working time”;
– Forming a reserve of equipment for the customer site, rapid replacement of faulty equipment on site. Availability of stock replacement equipment;
– Providing information to the customer about the status of the security system at the facility in the «On-Line» mode;
– Individual program of service maintenance that is formed by the requirements and specifics of the client/

 

Service options:

Service requests for the complete systems are accepted by phone manager. (044) 277-4788 during business hours from 9:30 am to 18:00 or by telephone duty engineer from 8:00 to 20:00.
Maintenance mode options ready systems:
– Response time to call from 2 to 8:00;
– Receipt time: working hours, extended working hours, around the clock – 5 \ 7 days a week;
– Time Troubleshooting – 1 working day up to 14 working days;
– Variants of the formation of the fund of spare parts: at the client’s warehouse or warehouse of “STT”;
Cost of service are formed by the contract terms

a) Monthly fee;
b) The price list for one-time service. Despite the existing basic conditions for each object – Individual pricing approach.
Possibility of deferred payment.
